During my presentation at the Anarchapulco conference in February, I mentioned that I had obtained citizenship in a non-fascist, non-totalitarian state, and had immediately thrown my blue passport in the garbage where it belonged.  I went on to mention that I therefore had relinquished US citizenship immediately at that time, without going through the renunciation process which the CFR/Illuminati propagandists try to tell you is the only way to be free from their illegal larceny.

The truth though, as is often the case, is far from what the sheeple have been brainwashed to believe.  There are actually several ways to relieve yourself from the burden of Ameriken citizenship.  Renunciation being only one form of legal relinquishment.

I wonder if former London Mayor Boris Johnson was ever informed of the actual US laws.  He recently paid a huge ransom, in order to renounce his unfortunate/unwanted US citizenship. See article here and here where he had to escape being thrown in a cage in New York by paying the ransom.   Boris coerced to pay ransom Obviously Boris is not part of the Illuminati, and not backed by Chatham House, as is the current fascist Sadiq Khan.

With renunciation, the relinquishment act takes place at a US consulate, and of course, involves the completion of many government issued forms.  It is performed by taking the oath of renunciation (form 4080), and form 4081 (Statement of understanding of consequences) is also required. Form 4079 (Request for determination of loss of citizenship) is not strictly required, but the DOS procedure manual does state that “it may prove useful” regarding intent and it seems that most consulates do require it.

Note that this information is now a few years old, and I’m guessing that along with the increased, up-front “administrative” costs, there are now more steps to take, which probably involve also paying some sort of ransom on the back end in order to garner your freedom via IRS recommended renunciation.

These financial settlements, of course, are in addition to the high non-financial costs incurred such as the additional stress, and extreme discomfort, of stepping foot on the soil of such a rogue nation.  Primarily for that reason, many are very relieved to learn that they simply don’t have to swallow the propaganda, and can instead, follow the law, and relinquish their US citizenship without facing the very real risks of indefinite detention without trial.

I learned about the existence of this law before obtaining my new citizenship, and was very happy to have found it.  I definitely was not going to be stepping foot on Ameriken soil, at least not shy of the extraordinary rendition these fascists like to employ.  Therefore, learning that I could legally get the gorilla off my back without doing so, was a huge relief.

Why do I hate the country that my ancestors founded so much?  Primarily because it no longer resembles the country that my ancestors founded.  Just another example of that, being the fact that during the years prior to obtaining this last step in my true freedom, I had being treated very oddly by foreign immigration officials as I traveled internationally.

This odd behavior, by normally bored immigration officials, would occur immediately after swiping my passport, and then intently reading some message that popped up on their screens.  It was obvious the change of facial expression, and squinted eyes passing back and forth, followed by a search for one of their supervisors to find out what to do with this guy.

This had indicated to me that I must be on one, or many, of the dozens of different shit-lists that the criminals have created to persecute patriotic citizens.  In my case most likely for valuing personal freedom a bit too highly, loudly and publicly.  I would then be subjected to some sort of odd, and brief interrogation, and then allowed onward.  Not surprisingly, that all came to an abrupt end when I ceased to use the criminal-issued travel document.

I’ve come to learn over the past twenty years, that despite the very effective propaganda to demonize such freedom-loving patriots, that I am thankfully far from alone.  There are 10’s of millions of such freedom-loving freaks in the US alone.  Three such people came running up to me after the presentation to learn more about how they too could relinquish their Ameriken citizenship without the added extreme stress of stepping foot on US soil.

I am very happy to share this point of law with all of you who are in the same situation, and here is the link to the Cornell Law School website which cites it.

Relinquishment law

swearing in with governor

(4)     (A) accepting, serving in, or performing the duties of any office, post, or employment under the government of a foreign state or a political subdivision thereof, after attaining the age of eighteen years if he has or acquires the nationality of such foreign state; or

(B) accepting, serving in, or performing the duties of any office, post, or employment under the government of a foreign state or a political subdivision thereof, after attaining the age of eighteen years for which office, post, or employment an oath, affirmation, or declaration of allegiance is required; or

(5) making a formal renunciation of nationality before a diplomatic or consular officer of the United States in a foreign state, in such form as may be prescribed by the Secretary of State;

There are a couple more provisions relating to acts of treason, which may actually render the Bushes, Clintons, Obama and many Supreme Court Justices as non-citizens, but which certainly don’t pertain to our readers.

As you can see, there are several different means of relinquishment, and renunciation is only one of them.  In my case 8 U.S. Code § 1481 (a) (1) and (2) were enough to set me free.

One of the attendees has stayed in contact with me on this issue, and has kept me abreast of his relinquishment process in his new, free country.  He first wrote a letter, courteously informing the local US Embassy, that since obtaining citizenship in a non-totalitarian country in 2011, in conjunction with not renewing his US passport, that under the provisions of 8 U.S. Code § 1481 (a) (1) he no longer was due any protections/benefits from, nor similarly had any obligations to, the United States of America.

Not surprisingly, he was then notified by some uninformed member of the Embassy staff that he would need to follow the renunciation procedures, and was reminded of the fees, and absurdly unconstitutional steps to do so.

Soon afterwards, he was then also called by telephone (I advised him not to share his details, but he felt compelled to do so) by an IRS agent telling him that he owed several years tax returns.

He then went on to inform this public servant that he had not been a citizen of the USA since 2011, and refused to speak further by telephone, but stated that he would resume the conversation by email.  In a subsequent email from this tax-salaried extortionist, amidst many improper/illegal threats regarding what he must do, all of which carried severe penalties, it more importantly expressly confirmed that he was no longer a citizen after May 2011.  Further stating that said penalties and interest would only be applied to earnings and unfiled FBAR’s up to the date of that relinquishment.

Therefore, only all of his money held in non-US banks, like where he has lived for several years, for example, could be stolen.  That is based on recent US court cases, and is only in relation to not telling the US government where all of your money is via informational FBARs.  It has nothing to do with any taxes, which may, or may not, be owed.  See related Bloomberg article here for a glaring example Old guy robbed by IRS

Fair enough.  However, said freed slave is no longer found within the extortionist’s jurisdiction, nor does he have any unwise plans to return to it.  In other words, he is happily free from the “land of the free”, and in possession of written evidence that he can use to carry on life outside Amerike without the stigma of being the unfortunate citizen of said rogue nation.  Inparticular, he can open a bank account, and do business normally.  I wish I were kidding, but being tarred as a US citizen today is akin to being Nigerian in certain circles, such as Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, etc., and for what I hope are obvious good reasons by now.

Our fellow freedom-fighter has told me of his intentions to reply to this letter, which has threatened him with extortion, by stating that he would no longer fund the mass murder of innocents, and the further rape and destruction of what was once a great nation.  I advised him to simply maintain the letter has proof of his freedom, go out and celebrate, and duly ignore this cunt’s threats.  Secretly, though, I hoped he would tell them why, as he has proposed.

I can help you to legally obtain citizenship in 3 years or less if you are willing to pack up, leave, and live in freedom.  Otherwise, please don’t bother inquiring.  Regardless, I wish you the best of luck in your own personal searches for true freedom, and I sincerely worry for your safety during the coming meltdown behind the curtain.

LIVE FREE OR DIE

I regrettably, in my youth, worked for several years as a corporate clone with Big 4 CPA firms in both the US and Saudi Arabia, and also spent some years as a multi-national corporate Controller and CFO in places like Florida, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Cairo, and Medellín. In my second, free life, I’ve found satisfaction helping others escape the collapsing industrialized world after almost 2 decades as a permanent expat from the former America.  Currently I’m in Brazil on a two-year+ journey through South America by motorcycle, in order to scout the best locations for those wanting to escape from behind the new iron curtain.
